  I find the pharmacist great but the girl you need to go through to get to one is the rudest person i have ever had to deal with. i am writing this after visiting the department yesterday and as soon as i seen her reaction ( i had not even finished asking my question) i remembered from two other previous visits how un friendly she is. Being in customer service she should realize that a smile goes a lot further than her frown which she shows immediately, makes you feel like Man are you bothering me! it is too bad b/c it reflects on the store, which i find every other person at this location a pleasure to deal with. Including the Pharmacist who came and found me as i decided to figure it out myself. I myself am a customer service rep and sometimes i have to be nice even when i don't want to. it is my job. there are lots of other people in Edmonton that would love her job ....if she doesn't love it.
