  In the past I've had good dentists and overall have a positive attitude towards dentistry and dentists in general; I know many people who are terrified of the dentist. Recently, I started using Dr. Tkachyk as my Dentist. One thing I found unique is that Dr. Tkachyk is actually the one doing the majority of the work on your teeth, not what I was typically used to: the quick 15-30 second visits where typically they just confirm what the dental hygienist indicated - whatever the problem or lack of problem. Dr. Darryl "The Dentist's Dentist" (some call him this) is truly a great Dentist and it shows. He really takes his time and does good quality work. I highly recommend him, especially if you get anxious about going to the Dentist for reasons related to pain or the costs of Dentistry. I've never experienced any pain with Dr. Tkachyk and he educates you about your options when it comes to different procedures. You can tell he isn't out to get your money, like make Dentist have been accused of, and he often recommends the cheapest option and you can tell he just genuinely wants to help you.

  I would highly recommend Dr. Darryl Tkachyk. I usually get nervous before going to the dental office but after today I felt confident and comfortable. It was my first time at this office and I won't be going anywhere else. He took his time and explained everything with lots of detail and answered all of my questions. Great service and great culture!!
