  I was happy to be able to get in on the same day I called to see a doctor. Front desk receptionists though need more training on how to greet patients and how to answer questions that they may have. They come off as rude and unhelpful. You would think that they would address the issue with all the feedback given from patient reviews!

  The doctors are great and the receptionists were good. Today it was just a bad day. Tense atmosphere and IQ points were down for this one receptionist. How many times do I have to repeat myself for the same name and phone number? You sure sound rushed so I'll speak faster. If you can't keep up with me then speak slower for crying out loud. Stop blaming me for what I haven't told you when you know your job better as to what questions to ask me. I had to be nice because I know you were having a bad day or just lost some IQ points since we last met. Sometimes I don't know if it's just you or if the whole front desk is brought down by you.

  Ever since I moved to Edmonton I have been bouncing around doctors looking for one to actually stick with. I thought I would check out this clinic since it is so close to home and landed on Dr. Janzen. She is so friendly and honest, I'm extremely pleased I now have her as my family doctor.
