- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Front staff is terrible. I received an emailed that I had been sent to collections after zero notifications from my dentist. I was told 6 months ago to come in and sign paperwork for a balance on my acct and everything would be cleared (the staff was very rude during phone call) Assumed the paperwork had gone through until I received an email from a collections agency. I then called to find out what the balance was for and was told it was the same issue I had dealt with 6 MONTHS AGO. Asked why I had not received any phone calls or emails and front desk had no answer and told me that I should have been notified. So if you like being sent to collections after being notified 0 times I would go hereby Alannah PriceJune 16, 2017
