  Poor experience, and I didn't even make it to the clinic. (Nor will I). The receptionist expressed absolutely zero compassion, guidance or care toward my dog or me as a worried and confused owner. The receptionist is a key component to any business and I will absolutely not be supporting this one because of theirs. I truly hope the staff and doctors actually working with the animals show more warmth in their approach. When you're in the business of serving people and their pets (which are more like their children), I anticipate more sincerity, compassion and guidance.

  I had brought one of my cats in there as she had passed away in my arms on the way. It was a sad time for me. I was shown kindness, compassion and caring by the staff. My mom had a similar experience with her dog over a year ago now. They never gouged us and in fact, charged about $300 less than a vet clinic did to put one of our other pets down. I wasn't working at the time so I will always be grateful to Guardian for not over-charging me like the other place did.

  After finding an injured cat in a back alley we rushed it to this vet as it was closest. We were asked to fill out a form with all of our information which was fine. Then when we asked if we could be called to let us know if the cat was fine or not we got a really snotty response "no, we don't do that!" If that is a policy for some reason maybe explain that so people understand and not be so snotty and rude when people are genuinely worried and concerned about an animal.
