- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a very frustrating experience. Problems include indirectly dealing with a dimwitted Intact Insurance charging the wrong bank account for a new policy and not cancelling a defunct policy. Then, trying to resolve this issue through the brokers was like pulling teeth. Waiting on a representative. Waiting, waiting, more waiting and even more waiting. Hearing those same two songs looped again and again can drive someone to madness. If TW wants to be taken seriously, its service needs to improve, a lot. I may seek out a different broker and insurance company. Even if I have to pay twice the amount I currently do for auto insurance, it would be worth it if I never had to listen to their hold music ever again.by Nizar GhazalDecember 29, 2016
