  TLC MEDICAL I called about 0930 to book an appointment to see a doctor today. I spoke to Marda, one of the assistants at the counter, she informed me that the Dr I wanted to see would be in at 1300. I asked her for an appointment and she told me the earliest I could see the Dr. Would be 1315. Arrived at that time and checked in. After an hour had past I went to the counter to check if my appointment was recorded . I was told by another staff that I was put in as a walk in…I explained that I call to make an appointment so why would I be put in as a walk in…Marta then came to the counter and started arguing with me, telling me that I’m usually a walk in. I asked if anytime I had walked in have I called ahead. She had no answer. The staff are rude and quite abrupt with patients. I listened as they fielded calls and they seem to lack basic customer service skills. I explained my concerns to Dr Hasan. I hoped he addresses this with his staff and especially Marda. I also noted the the chairs in the waiting area are disgustingly stained. This clinic is getting a poor rating only due to the front end staff. The Dr. is very good.

  My family doctor practices here but he is on vacation. I needed a prescription refill, so I tried to book an appointment with Doctor Safrani. He informed the receptionist he would not accept an appointment with me. I am out of medication now and I have to wait for my Doctor to return. I thought that Doctors help with Patients. Maybe he will need to review the Hippocratic Oath Zero stars
