- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Tile Town was suggested to me as I was looking for kitchen back splash and accent tile options. Pam asked if I needed assistance, and even though understaffed she was very helpful and offered suggestions. I went away with a sample accent tile and a dealer address to pick up the tile sample as I was concerned about colour match. I returned to Tile Town early on Saturday morning to place my order. I was the second customer and observed Cole as he finished off a sale with a gentleman. I was surprised to hear how knowledgeable Cole is because he looks a lot younger than he is....a lot. When he asked how he could help, I told him what I wanted to accomplish, provided measurements and before I knew it he had figured out exactly what I needed for the job and pulled it all together for me in a professional, friendly manner. The experiences with Pam and Cole made me feel I was exactly in the right place to get what I needed. Their knowledge and confidence is greatly appreciated.
