- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Well the customer service is hit and miss with this place. Allot of times you have to wait a while to talk to anyone. This time i had to wait 2hours and 20 minutes, i screen shotted the call when i gave up. I had my headphones in and was keeping busy with other things in the meantime but that is absolutely the worst service i have ever gotten. I have been with td for 5 years and have 5 auto and one home insured with td and after the way i was treated i will be cancelling everything and going to another company.by moses buttigiegJune 01, 2017
