  Made it blatantly obvious all they really care about is the money. Wanted to keep our dog for collateral when I forgot my card even after numerous visits to "our neighbourhood Vet clinic...." Dog doesn't like that place, no wonder...Oh ya went in to see what was wrong with my puppy, I thought he has a sliver from chewing on wood. When sitting in exam room I heard a bunch of laughter, the Vet took my puppy and came back to tell me that my puppy was teething. No wondering they were laughing, they charged 70+ dollars to tell me that. I was worried about my puppy, I didn't need a diagnoses with laughter, I would think I would be a free service to tell me not to worry teething makes you puppy do funny chewing motions to loosen their teeth...our neighbourhood Vet clinic. Thank for making me feel stupid and cheated.

  Tried to call today and get some information about the staff and if this would be a good fit for me to bring my dog to, however the lady I talked to was not very friendly or knowledgeable in regards to any questions I asked, such as: how long this hospital has been open, how long have the veterinarians been in practice, if they typically tend to be busy. So I came online to read reviews but it seems as though this clinic is quick to displace any blame or concerns from customers onto the customers themselves, and apparently do not keep these customers on file?? Have not even stepped foot into this clinic, and it appears that I will gladly take my dog to a happier and more inviting clinic.
