- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Bought a 1 hour session through Groupon, and did so because the reviews stated "great customer service, great results, professional staff", etc. This was not my experience. I called this company 3 times, leaving voicemails to set up an appointment and then emailed once. They stated they tried to call me and the number was out of service. I left my number 4 times, how did they write down the number wrong, 4 times?? I had to call the night before and leave a voicemail with my address to ensure that my appointment was going to happen. At 0830 the morning of my appointment (0930 appointment) I called to ensure my appointment would happen. I had the most unprofessional conversation occur, but thankfully was still going to receive my service. Thankfully my technician was lovely, however taking personal calls when you should be monitoring your customer is extremely unprofessional. Lastly; I paid for a 1 hour session and received only 45 minutes of therapy. Not impressed by this company at all.by Lauren ScottMay 04, 2017
