- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪#Needs more training or refresher. A family member who usually visits this place for her treatment had an incident today that needs medical attention. She asked one of the staff to take her blood pressure. Staff claims that they do not have a blood pressure monitor. On the onset of their conversation that family member said "she's not feeling well, I'm feeling light headed", yet the staff still directed her to a Medicenter. Family member turned to another staff and asked for a blood pressure monitor, which the second staff was able to find one. That family member had a blood pressure 181/107. She got home without any incident. I will find out from AHS how patients/clients should be treated and how a clinic would handle a medical emergency.by Keith VilrlFebruary 09, 2017
