- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've informed them I will cancel my policy because my monthly bill went up without any notification. They just said sure you can cancel and never offer anything to keep you even if I've been with them for 3 years. They should have informed me by phone before mailing it, that way your client will have time to decide if they would like to renew the policy or not.
