  Nothing really to do with the shoppers drug mart. My review is based on the Canada post office. The so called manager that works there in the daytime is sorry to say "an idiot". He was rude from the beginning of the conversation right through the end. I was there to pick up a package and didn't have the pick up slip from Canada post. I was on the way there from work and didn't have time to pick up that slip at home. I knew the package was there. In the end I wanted to punch this guys teeth in. I have never dealt with someone this difficult

  Went there to buy a pack of cotton pads. Total was $3.98, gave her $4 of 5 and 10 cent. I was saying sorry so many times, and that lady kept shaking her head and gaving deep sighs. Wonder if I did something illegal??! That was her job and I actually didn't need to apologize (which I already did) so when I act nice, don't be a bastard because it looked like discrimination then. Whatever kind of money is still money so that girl should better gives some respect . Does she even know what the heck is customer service before apply for the job??

  Seems like it's a smaller store. The pharmacist was knowledgeable and willing to help with my questions. Love the fact they have Canada Post office in there.
