  100's of people in the store... more than 40 carts in a queue bt only 2 check out points are open... amazing... if you have a full day to spend only then come here otherwise drive further down...!

  Worse customer service from some of the cashiers seems some of them are very frustrated with their life's and the job they hold that they give a attitude to the customers. On top when you go and mentioned to the East Indian "supervisor" skinny, short male he won't care or do anything to improve their service, if they offer better wages, there won't be reason to hold these quality of employees. I used to be a loyal customer but I had have several bad experiences. I will be changing to different rail store and I will recommend that to anyone that looks for better quality of their products and the service they receive that other grocery retailer offers. I guess you pay what you get. I won't be surprised if these retailer disappear in few years.

  Unorganized, New layout is annoying! Simple things have 3 different isles they can possibly be found in? Waterchestnuts????? Good Luck! Also constant problems with payment! CASH ONLY! MACHINES DOWN! People were leaving carts & walking out. No amusement in store what so ever as to why or when they could except CC or Bank Cards! A lot of Seniors in store around 3pm were left standing bewildered! No customer service, POOR MANAGEMENT!
