- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I moved from Ottawa last July of 2016. My son and his wife recommended me to see Dr Chen for the routine check as I have not seen any doctor for a while. I am very impressed of he treats his patient. He will really takes time to explained why a certain procedure needed to be done.
