  Jason. the owner of this franchise is a very compassionate person as he takes thee time to help you with choosing the right diet for your pets needs I was very impressed with his intellect and time and care he spent with me finding the most appropriate diet and needs for my very much loved cat Radway I recommend every pet owner in west Edmonton to make this particular Pet Planet store for your pets needs Thank you Jason for all your care and help and also thank you to Robert who is a great and helpful employee of Jason I am very impressed with this store owner and employee

  Extraordinary products, service, & groomer. Honestly I can't say enough good things about this location. They are all super friendly & helpful. I have a West Highland Terrier that was super sick and healthy now thanks to Darcy the Groomer who was willing to bath him using all the steps & products to make sure his skin stays healthy. Because he's not itchy anymore he doesn't lick all the fur off his legs & paws anymore & is looking good. Since Darcy has been grooming him he has all his fur back on his legs & paws. She is amazing!! He also requires specific food, & treats, that I am able to get here. Love these people & so does my Westie & Mini Labradoodle!!
