  I set up an appointment at this Dental office, that means we called ahead asking if he accepted Alberta Works. He said "yes we do". I go out of my way to drop my baby off at moms and work a schedule around this man Only to be stereotyped and told he cant do it. He was to lazy to go into the system and confirm the Alberta works number. I think he was racist. None the less it was an awful experience full of anger, and stress. He was working by himself had no dental assistants, The place in a mall is pretty much empty perhaps for a reason. We went downstairs "The Dentist at Northgate" in which in less then 5 minutes we were confirmed. It says a lot. I recommend you go to this this place. If I could rate this with no stars I would.

  I called in to speak to an office manager the male receptionist today September 7 at 1.55 pm was extremely rude anyhow said noone is in so i said can i know when they will be in he said i do not know they come and go whats it related i said its job related can i have an email address I wanted to send my email and he said we don't have an email address really rude and unprofessional so i said how can a clinic not have an email address anyway he said u don't trust me dont call here and hung up in my face therefore id never want to send anything i called saying id like to complain he said u don't get to complain dont call here and hung up on me 3 times i called to get a voicemail he didn't allow that i will make sure i tell everyone about this unprofessional business thats being conducted I hope thats not how the dentists that work there trained him its disgusting the way he spoke to me all i wanted is an email adress and to call back if noone called me back due to their busy schedule which is perfectly normal!!!!!!!!!
