- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This review is only regarding the front desk staff. Very poor customer service. The two staff were chatting and when they were done, they offered to help. I will not visit this location again. I completed a survey on their website, someone called me and she said"I have two reasons as to why..."(I had more concerns). The thing is, I don't need to know your reasons why I wasn't offered a refund to my parking and others did, you need to call your staff and explain to them the importance of consistency in customer service.
