- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪When you go to MBS, you'll find a nice and professional office. They have friendly front desk staff and a beautiful sitting area. I've had Dawn as my broker for 10 years. She offers a very efficient service and is happy to deal through email/other devices. It's always hassle-free and done well before time runs out on my contract. Usually I get an email reminder which is great because I'm busy. Insurance is important but not on my mind. Dawn makes me feel taken care of and I feel confident that she gives me what I need. She's available to run through any questions and is very transparent with what is on the insurance. I'm always given a digital copy that breaks it down for me. When she needs any information from me, she asks very directly and right away so I have time to find it.
