  I dread calling this office, let alone showing up to my appointments. The front staff are so rude and unfriendly, they treat you in a condescending way. You can not even ask them a simple question without them being snappy. You're a medical receptionist for crying out loud, not the queen of England. where is all of the bad attitude coming from. Don't even get me started on office hours, who really has the time to only come in on 3 scheduled days a week from what 9-2? and maybe get in before three weeks, which the doctors are always on holiday, and wont see each others patients. I used to see my Dr before she moved to the MaGrath Clinic, and everything was much better. Now even she seems to rushed to care about your concerns, and sloughs off anything that might be bothering you. I have tried several times to think maybe everyone is just having a bad day but this has been happening for years. I will not come back to this clinic ever again. I am sick of being treated poorly, when all I do is smile politely and ask these rude women how their days are. Whatever happened to normal manners???
