- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I love Dr Lee! Professional, to the point! No coddling, no bs! And has ALWAYS done what's best for the baby and mom! Well worth the occasional wait in the waiting room, as its because shes over at the Grey Nuns with her otherpatients. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I chose this doctor because she is straightforward and to the point. And she doesn't force me to do things I don't want to do or try and prescribe me crap I don't need. So shes great for that One thing I do not like is her front desk service. The lady who works front desk is very rude. I take the bus from capilano to her office for my appointments and sometimes I am late. Buses are late or they come to early. Also being 8 months pregnant with young kids in tow catching the bus can be quite a task especially midwinter. When the doctor is late we have to wait 30 min or an hour to see her. When you are late and call in to say you'll be late the front desk lady just rebooks you even though you are already halfway there on the bus. Even when its -30 weather.So due to her front desk staff my experience is terrible.by Maria GDecember 23, 2016
