- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪If I could give 0 stars I would. The lady beside me told me she's been waiting 4 hours. When I went in and asked how long the lady told me not to long there's only a couple people ahead of you. I waited 2 hours before asking again how long and they told me there was 1 more person ahead of me. I had to go to work so I had to leave and I wasn't even seen. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪This clinic has some of the most unprofessional "doctors" I have ever met. Most just want to push pills on you. Was going there for 3 years and I had been there multiple times a year. I can count on one hand how many physical exams I got. One doctor didn't even look at me just asked "what meds do you want?" Perfect place for drug addicts to get their fix. The reception is so rude without any reason to be. I worked as a receptionist, I know what it's like. However these girls are so disrespectful. I have never been talked to that way. I switched doctors office after a car accident because I came in and the doctor didn't even give me a doctors note, even though I couldn't hardly move! God forbid you ask for your medical records. They refuse without 50$ claiming it's a cost, it is 2017. Email is free! By the way it is ILLEGAL to refuse to give me MY medical records. Buyer beware!by ashley CardinalMarch 06, 2017
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The worst front desk staff! Rude and inefficient! 15 years of using this clinic only because its a 5 min drive! Sure they better their technology so you would think! Make a reservation for walk in at 530pm arrive 5 minutes early and 3 people who walk in after you get numbers and put in before you! Over half an hour wait for my reserved time!!
