- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible - why don't they tell you when you BOOK your appointment that you're expected to wait 1 to 2 hours to then actually get in to your appointment? Why bother booking one at all?! We had to keep asking for updates or they just didn't say anything. My friend wanted me to be in there with her and they just ignored her request and pulled her in. We even stopped and said again that she wanted me in there and they ignored us.
