- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I am actually shocked to see the reviews surrounding Dr. Loewen and the front desk girls. As a patient I have been treated with the utmost compassion and understanding. I have never felt rushed, Dr Loewen has gone above and beyond any of my hopes and expectations as far as helping me with pain management. I highly recommend this clinic and forming your own opinion. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Have had really polarizing experiences dealing with the various Ipax Clinics. I can say that the wait times are insane to get into a regular consultation, to getting in to have a procedure done. I agree with other reviewers, the Ipax on 172 st just leave you on hold, and never come back. I tried calling 3 times and gave up after a 15 minute average hold time. (never did have my call actual answered btw) Dr Vicaruddin is a wonderful doctor. It just not worth waiting over an hour in the waiting room each appointment, and the huge inconvenience of calling and trying to speak with someone.by Raveen BuckinghamMarch 19, 2017
