  I wouldn't recommend this place. My wife and I were having a private conversation when an older lady working the desk decided to input her opinion in a private conversation that had nothing to do with her. Unless a patient asks for your opinion, stay out of it. I would take MIC All day long over insight.

  This morning I went for my ultrasound when I arrived the lady at the desk was not friendly what so ever. I arrived early and waited for about 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, everyone who arrived after me was being taken in while I sat and waited patiently. Finally one of the women at the reception desk asked me what time my appointment was scheduled for and for my name. .. she asked me again for my forms which I had already given upon arriving and health care card again. When I asked what was going on she proceeded to say I've already gone for this ultrasound and it was unnecessary? My appointment apparently got cancelled by one of them whIle I was sitting in the waiting room.. I asked for my forms back and said I would make my appointment somewhere else. I used the washroom since by this point I was holding my bladder for over 2hrs and when I got out the ultrasound technician came and brought me in to do the ultrasound. She was a very lovely lady, friendly and informative the only reason I'd rate this place with 1 star. She apologized for the ladies at the front desk who obviously screwed up and tried to blame my Dr ? Worst experience with insight will not be going back to this location again.
