- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪It would definitely help for booking staff at Insight to mention that certain locations close for 1.5 hours at lunch time. When they say a location is open 9-5, it's not really accurate if the location shuts down for lunch. Customers have plans for their day - today, at Callingwood, 9 patients, in addition to me, were apparently turned away because of the lunch break. The secretary seemed perfectly happy to brag about turning away so many people. I guess she's not going to mention this problem with any of her supervisors, for follow up.by s smiFebruary 20, 2017
