- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I've been attending innovation physio since 2006. I had my post-accident post-surgery therapy sessions for arthroscopic SLAP repair for my right shoulder rotator cuff. This progressed to therapies to treat & manage TMD jaw disorder, neck, shoulders, lower back and sternum pains. The therapists are very skilled, professional, competent & provide fairly good information on various treatment regimes to me. They're very open to patient feedback & help assuage any fears or concerns. Treatment team staff members are skilled, friendly and prompt. Front office staff are very pleasant and courteous. Ongoing effectiveness of therapies & exercises have been measurable in decreasing incidents of flare-up, pain, & use of medications to manage pain. I've been in attendance at their various locations - so this rating applies to each treatment center. Thanks to Tony, Darren & staff.
