- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Physiotherapy experience pleasant and professional. No complaints here. Physiotherapy, however, is a costly medical treatment even with extended health benefits. The office made no attempt resolve an easily preventable billing issue and instead offered this piece of advice: "it is the patients responsibility to know their own coverage".
