  DO NOT GO HERE. I walked in with my 4 month old and stood at the counter for close to 15 minutes while the lady at the front desk continued to answer calls and ignore me. When she had finally gotten off the phone, she took down our information and why we wanted to see a doctor. She then proceeded to tell me that it was going to be a long wait because there were already (only) 2 patients ahead of me but the doctor was NOT in yet... I asked her why he wasn't in and she said she has absolutely no idea and that she's been trying to get a hold of him all morning. It is now 10:50 and no doctor... I was given the option to wait or make an appointment.

  If I could leave 0 stars I would. I have a regular family doctor, however the clinic is closed on weekends and I woke up on a Saturday morning with an extremely irritated throat, both ears hurting, my eyes glued shut, and so dizzy I found it hard to walk. So, off to the dreaded walk in I went. After I explained to the doctor's resident all my symptoms and she checked me out, she told me my throat was badly infected and so were both ears. She administered a throat swab to test for strep. I informed her my 5 year old had strep last week. The doctor came in, said he would wait for the test results to come back in a few days, and sent me home with instructions to gargle with salt water, and that I likely wouldn't need antibiotics even if it was strep. 5 days later, I am in agony. I called my family clinic who looked up my swab results and informed me that I was positive for strep and faxed over a prescription to my pharmacy right away. The worst part? They didn't even send my swab in until MONDAY. Leaving me with a bacterial infection that was OBVIOUS for 5 DAYS. I still haven't received a call from them about my results. Good thing I called myself!
