  Bad attitude towards a potential new customer. I was looking for a quote for basic insurance on an old pick up (87 Nissan) and was told it could be "up to" one week before someone could even get back to me with a quote....what a joke. Immediately called another ins. company received a quote within 10 min. of calling and received my temp ins.card almost instantly. PS. Once I described the old pick up I wanted to insure to the "ins.quote receptionist" and told her I only required PLPD her nice attitude quickly shifted, she became rude and then told me it could take up to a week for a quote....as if they didn't even want my business...I did ask her why it would take so long for a quote, In which I was rudely responded to with defence regarding my question, followed by an arrogant "Because we are busy and lots of people are trying to insure things" Soooooo....My brand new truck, my wifes brand new SUV, our house, and my toys will remain insured elsewhere....as well as my 87 nissan commuter. Some times people need insurance on cheap "commuter vehicles" and like myself want to shop around a bit....BUT A WEEK FOR A QUOTE!! and a rude attitude on the phone once I tell you I want to insure a cheap little truck..... Don't waste your time. I hope this certain Receptionist doesn't represent the attitude of the entire insurance company... Wish I could rate with ZERO stars.
