  Dr. Liao is amazing, I've been seeing her for the past decade for my skin problems. She is informative and realistic. Remember that this is a doctor's office. To all those who are complaining on whether her methods work- do take note that she is a doctor, not a magician. With trust and patience comes results. You can't expect her to perform a miracle on you when what you ask of her is unachievable in one appointment. She will tell you from the beginning the risks, pros & cons. Trust in her and she will get you there.

  This was the first visit . I was referred by my doctor and my mother who is a patient of Dr Liao . I read some negative comments about this place. Dr Liao is a very nice professional woman and she knows what she is talking about. She was pleasant and friendly . The only thing I did not like was her two young receptionists who were very unprofessional , rude to patients especially to an elder man . They do make patients feel unwelcome . The other lady was very nice and professional . If Dr Liao can straighten the problem I think that all patients will feel welcomed and treated equally too those two young immature teens. I worked in the healthcare field for over 15 years and I would never treat any patient like that upon arrival .
