  I may regret putting this on but all day it's been bothering me and on my mind. Overall they do know what their doing. But didn't feel welcoming at all. Or professional. I felt really, really judged. I'm going in for more treatments so I hope it gets better. But with the amount of money you spend....I just expect better. Maybe they don't need my business, but I just wish they asked more questions about me instead of telling me what they thought. Felt like bursting into tears and on top of it, it was for my birthday. I've also been working in hair salons/Spas for over 7 years now. Treating clients with the upmost respect is always top priority because in reality without them you wouldn't have a buisiness right? Maybe it's just high end salon/spas that I've worked at and that's why I think every place should be the same. But I've spent a bit of cash already so I'll just suck it up I guess. But seems like all these medi spas are all judgy, unpleasant people. You think Edmonton would be more advance. Sadly not...fingers crossed it gets better.

  I absolutely have a very positive expariance any time I am in for procedurs. Staff is helpfull polite and curteous. Dr Singh is professional and is honest about what all procedurs can produce. I appreciate very much that he does not go ahead with fillers/botox that is not needed.
