- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I was looking for quotes on commercial insurance for my new business, and so, I was directed to deal with Mark McDermott. He promised to get back to me with a quote in a couple of days, I waited but he didn't call, so I called him. He looked at my file while I was on the line, he said "oh, let me call you in 5 minutes". He never called and when I called him later he never picked up. I called the next day and left VM msg asking to call me, but he never did. Dealing with another broker I found out that the insurance companies that CMB/Mark applied to have declined to provide me insurance because they thought I lacked experience in that business field. My only and biggest problem is with Mark, as it is extremely unprofessional to leave me (a customer) hanging like that without providing an explanation. It was obvious that he only cares about selling the product and not provide good customer service. Mark does not deserve to have customers or be in a customer service related job!by WaleedJanuary 31, 2017
