- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Unfriendly and unhelpful. We had prooved claim from auto insurance company and our blue cross. Every time my wife went there did double check is that all ready covered by our insurance and they was saying yes. Now they send us bill and said one of their employees forget to send that claim ontime to our bluecross. Now we have to pay for that of their unresponsively work . I try to talk to them but not any help, they saying on first day we sign paper if they don't cover then we need to pay for it.
