I have emailed my broker Megan St. Pierre multiple times and left several messages as I needed to make updates to my current policy. And I have received ZERO emails or calls back! - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I live in Calgary, I had call my broker and receptionist transfer me to him. But I got an answering machine, and redirect back to receptionist. So she ask me if I want to talk to a different broker, little did I know she transfer me to Edmonton location on 17520 111ave. and I got this gentleman name Richard Langille, he help me out so much. I ask him so many question and there was no sigh from him, he was very pleasant and went out of his way to help me. He treat me like a human being and never judge me (I can tell if a person is judgmental or a sound of sigh , I'm in customer service dealing with client everyday so I know a few things) at all, he's always happy.
