  Completely amazing!!! I got in a accident at 7 am, within half an hour a claim had been made and by noon I was picking up my rental car!! The next day a tow truck came and took my car to the body shop with no cost to me. I was kept updated throughout the entire process and even days later they were ensuring that I was mentally and physically alright. They made a horrible day a million times easier. Jeff Mills was the main person I worked with and was absolutely amazing!! My friends and family who were there throughout the process are now looking into switching to Aviva due to how simple they made everything for me.

  They have the worst customer service! There were repairs done by our condo because we weren't responsible for it and the insurance company required proof of those repairs. I didn't claim anything with the insurance company and they didn't give us notice that we had to have paperwork for it. They just recently contacted us (a year later) that they needed proof of repairs. They sent us an email over a weekend and asked for the paperwork by the end of Monday. Nobody works over the weekend so that was a very unreasonable request. They have subsequently ended our insurance and I am glad because I don't want to deal with a company like this.

  RBC Insurance transferred me to this company and all of sudden after 10 years of being a great no claim customer they do not want my business because I live in a modular home.
