- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪What horrible customer service. As customer service representatives/receptionist of allied insurance your duties are to give the upmost customer service as to keep the business of your customers. Whoever answers your guys phonEs is completely rude and needs to get out of the customer service business. I called for a simple question as to get my pink cards reissued and I simply asked her approximately how long it would take to get them issued. The women's response? "Well I don't know how fast your mailman walks." That was all she said And extremely rude at that like who says that? It's your job to answer phones and answer people's questions to the best of your ability and not give smart ass remarks. This isn't my first time with bad customer service from this company and I think I will be finding a different insurance company to deal with.by JessDecember 13, 2016
