  BAD!!! And it only gets WORSE!!! I spent 300 dollars on 3 coupons for ultra medic skin studio. The deal sounded too good to be true and it turns out it was. I redeemed my first coupon on laser hair removal for my legs. He is running a one man show. He books 5 people for one appointment time and he pushes all the people through. After waiting 1 hour passed my appointment time he spent 5 minutes doing a procedure that should take at least 30 minutes by simply pretending to do the laser treatment but in reality he is just passing the guide laser around on your legs but not actually lasering anything. My boyfriend was doing the laser hair restoration which was also very unprofessional. It was better than my treatments simply because all the owner had to do was turn on the machine but I often went into the room with him and half the time he would forget to turn on the lasers in the machine so my boyfriend would be sitting there thinking it was on and the lasers themselves wouldn’t even be on. Very Frustrating! After it became clear to me just what a scam artist this guy was I simply decided I would suck it up and continue going to the appointments and humoring myself that he was actually doing anything because I was the one who bought the coupons I shouldn’t have bought so many blah blah… However… It is getting absolutely ridiculous. At the end of August his laser broke down and he gave no notice until I came in for the appointment. That happened twice more in September when I had rebooked and when I went in it still wasn’t fixed. At least call and let me know. I got angry. I decided I needed to take a little brake and I would go back and use the last half of my first coupon and my last coupon in the new year. I have been trying to call to make an appointment for 2 weeks now and he isn’t picking up the phone. Many other people must be having the same problem because his mailbox is always full. This is not professional. I am fed up. I am sick of jumping through hoops trying to make appointments to use my vouchers when the appointments are a joke to begin with. If you want to see more REAL reviews (instead of the ones trying to bring up his rating) continue scanning through a couple pages or just look at the better business bureau warnings.

  Is this place still open? I'm like other reviewers, was ripped of $200 and never got it back. Never bothered to go to court, I was just happy to have read the reviews and learned that he is a fake "Dr". He should be deported back to his country.
