  I just want to share something about my worst experienced in Twin Dental. But first, lets start off, I've been their customer since year 2012 since we moved to millwoods area, my wife wants all of us to find a dental clinic that is near by millwoods but I told her that I am happy about the tooth cleaning/service I am getting from one of the hygienist in twin dental ( so sad when I've heard that she already quit ). Even my wife told me that one time they never cleaned her teeth complelety. Only the upper teeth they cleaned. So that's why my wife dont like to come back anymore. So all my 4 kids and my wife are in other dental clinic but STILL I am with Twin Dental because I am happy with them. I dont mind coming from millwoods area and drive to strathcona just to see them. But here is the thing, yesterday November 7, 2016 at 9:01am I had my tooth cleaning at twin dental BUT they only cleaned one side/lower part of my teeth.. So they did exactly the same to my last visit and to my wife as well. So I complaint to Mr. Wong( the dentist owner) asked him that What is their procedure about cleaning? And he told me that they cleaned depends on how many scales can get done within the reasonable time. They don't clean the whole teeth completely if they don't have enough time ( its weird because, I phoned other clinic, asked my friends and relatives THEY all said that all their teeth being cleaned in 1 visit, they go home with a SMILE, polish and flouride are done ) So WOW, it means that you can only show the other half of your SMILE because its not completely clean? He also told me that they will call me to book an appointment again but they never did phone me. So I decided today November 8, 2016 to personally go there to asked for the copy of the claims that they are going to submit in Manitoba Blue cross. Because I had my signature in it and I wanted to see what they really charge?? They dont' like to show me the invoice that I've signed yesterday. Why? Then this is the funny thing, I phoned them yesterday because I will be late. So yes, I am late by 15 minutes yesterday and they are making it as an EXCUSES that is why they did not finish cleaning my teeth completely?? So I told them how about my last visit, I am not late that time? Same thing with my wife?? Also they also said that its too much build up on my teeth, and there is still other patient book so they have to accomodate them?? Seriously? You have your first client with you, because of you don't have enough time, YOU will not finish my teeth?? Its very conflicting right now, their statement is that they charge per scale? Not per teeth cleaning? So Why you guys said you can't finish it because I came late and there is another appointment waiting? And the customer rep also not good to dealt with. Seriously, please do not visit this dental clinic, its not worth it. Just wanted to let you know about my experience so that it will happen again to other customers ( Hopefully )

  By Golly, another opportunity to say how that Dr. Brian Wong is super awesome. Well.... here I go again. Btw, the staff are super awesome. I love the texting technology they use to connect with busy patients. Donna is running a good team.

  Excellent dental experience!!! Josselyn is great at keeping things in order and helping to process my benefits. Dr. Wong is excellent. This is one well oiled machine.
