FROM THE LADIES AT THE DESK, TO THE DENTAL ASSISTANCE, TO THE DENTISTS THEMSELVES, THEY CONTINUALLY ASK IF YOU ARE ALL RIGHT, IF YOU NEED ANYTHING. The front staff are very competent, efficient and friendly and take care of all my adminstration needs re: benefit payments, etc (always goes smooth and seamless). Just to give you a pointer, I have travelled multiple times from another province just to avail their treatment if that is helpful.
