  AVOID THIS PLACE IF ANOTHER CLINIC IS AVAILABLE. Very rude front line staff (the person you see before meeting the doctor) Been here 3 times and every time they treat you with utmost disrespect and thier tone and way of communicating is like you are a big burden for them. These guys are well paid among other service industry professionals and still don't have the decency or knowledge how to deal with humans (they are like robots with no human emotion). The only way they will change is if one of thier own family member was treated that way at a different medical clinic then they will realise thier behaviour was not right. Alberta Health Service should look into retraining/coaching of existing employees because if new staff is hired they will become the same due to bad attitude of existing employees towards patients. They work in healthcare industry but have forgot the main part 'care' for people. I'm glad I'm not part of this industry because of how this clinic healthcare professionals attitudes are towards people. My rating is negative 5 but google doesn't allow that.
