  Was trying to buy (and struggling with ) foundation, one girl who was doing a make over on a lady said she would match me "in a second". 25 minutes later and after I did the rest of my shopping I had to find someone else who can assist me. **out of those 25 mins, I probably spent 20 of them in the beauty department Where she was located** The other girl in the beauty department who I chased down to help with matching foundation was not familiar with foundation colour and I had to tell her that the foundations that she picked out to match me were way to light for my skin. This is the second time I had terrible service in This department at this location. The girls need to get familiar with makeup and definitely need customer service work.
