  I bought a ps4 here during a promotion and immediately had a red flag as I saw the packaging looked like it had been opened. Regardless, I took it home seeing as it was a good deal, but once it was hooked up, it didn't work at all (it must have been used or a refurbished console). I then took it back the next day to exchange it after a full day of trying to figure it out, and the associate immediately told me it was a "final sale" item. To my knowledge, shoppers has a full, no questions return policy within 30 days. In the end, I had to go to the 82ave and 109st location (which was great) to exchange the product. In addition, the store seemed dirty, understaffed, and customer service left a lot to be desired. If you're on the south side, go to the whyte ave location instead.
