  This is a smaller Superstore that doesn't offer the full selection of products and services that larger Superstores do. Also it does not offer the Click and Collect grocery pickup service. Staff in the PC Mobile store and the PC Banking Pavilion have been good and deals on cell phones at the Mobile store have been better than at Bell and Telus kiosks / stores. There is adequate parking out front for even the busiest shopping days. Customer area is usually clean and the staff are pleasant. Lineups at the cashiers are reasonable because of the self-serve checkouts and retailer's promise to have all tills open on weekends. One star off because the neighborhood really needs a full-size Superstore.

  The store has to be transparent with it's pricing. Almost every time the till cash register price is different from what is labelled as most offers are disguised with limits on quantities and combined varieties with different marketing packages and expecting the consumer to know that the producer is common.Hence almost every time one gets caught in paying over the limit price of the product as he would have most likely purchased the different names of similar products and the quantity limit. Also most of the times in an effort to match competitors prices the displayed prices are changed to meet competitors prices but the same change are not made in the cash register and hence the customer without realizing is charged the higher unmatched price. Whilst when pointing out ; the difference is credited back on the payment method by the service counter; one only finds out the abnomally when he or she reaches home only to get frustrated at the outcome as it is not practical to get back to the store to have the correction affected. Lastly the store reduces the prices for quick sale for products at the last day of expiry. One almost by this product only to realise that the tie of consumption the product has expired.Seriously this is like cheating the customer as there are no highlight stating that the product price is reduced because be of almost no time left on expiry.
