  My experience was awful. I had so-called Doc. Mohammad Muneer. Rude and dismissive. Never said "Hello" or "Bye". Hasn't washed his hands prior to examination. I had minor ear infection. He stuck his otoscope in my ear in a dart throwing motion. Upon removal, plastic piece was still stuck in my ear, but Mr. Mohammad Muneer hasn't even realized that until he hang his otoscope back on the wall. When he finally saw the plastic bit is still in my ear canal, removed it, dropped it. Instead of picking it up, kicked it into the corner of the office, only then picked it up, when it had no place to slide. He was ear piece hunting, I guess. Gave me a prescription. When I asked if I have to come back for later check-up, his response was: "I don't work here, I'm substituting. My job is to give you prescription". So I had to rephrase to "Should my ear be checked by any other doctor when prescription term runs out?". Answered in a very bothered rude manner, quote: "If problem still there in 5 days, go hospital". Then opened the door for me silently and went back to his computer. I got the clue and walked out. Bottom line, I think my pet is being treated better at any given veterinarian place. Doctor Mohammad Muneer is very rude and unprofessional prick
