  I was visiting a friend in Edmonton and we went to the Windermere PetLand location to look at the ferrets. The girl that worked there (I think her name was Mikayla) was very kind and helpful. I absolutely fell in love with one of the ferrets there named Wally. However, I live in Calgary and to go back and adopt Wally was nearly impossible. I emailed the manager, Barb, and let her know about my situation. Barb was nice enough to set up a transfer so that Wally would be available at one of the stores in Calgary! She also lowered the original price of Wally from $278.88 to $218.88, which was the price that was advertised for the ferrets in the Heritage Meadows PetLand. I am so beyond pleased with the customer service and look forward to welcoming Wally into my home!
