  Excellent medical clinic. I’ve been going to this medical office for several years and have had the pleasure of interacting with both Dr. Louai and my family doctor, Dr.Kusai. The staff at the clinic is also very friendly and polite. I’ve seen them go above and beyond what’s expected in order to accommodate patients. They always call one day ahead of time to give reminders of appointments which I greatly appreciate. Dr. Kusai is very professional, friendly and has great bedside manner. He’s a great listener and truly cares about his patients. I trust him 100% and I feel completely comfortable to discuss any medical issues or inquires that come up. If you’re looking for a great clinic then I definitely recommend them!

  This place is pretty bad. The pharmacy has more than once called out my prescription like I had ordered meat at a deli, they announced my name and medication for everyone to hear. It was like some bizarre Monty Python skit. I've also had them prescribe the wrong medicine a few times. Luckily the pharmacist over at shoppers caught the mistake. The reception staff is great. No complaints about them. I am making plans to go to another clinic in order to avoid future embarrassments and frustrations.
