  Yes, Dr Mah's office can have ridiculous wait times. One time i had to wait an hour and 45 minutes. Why? Because she was at the hospital delivering a vaginal frank breech baby. So, not only is she respectful of women's decisions, she is dedicated to her patients. I really liked her receptionists as well. They were kind and helpful. The misericordia wanted me to get unnecessary additional testing and they handled the situation promptly for me and put my mind at ease. Dr Mah was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to have as my doctor for all my appointments and my delivery. She will be my OB during my next pregnancy without any doubt in my mind.

  Had a surgery booked through this doctor and was given a surgery date. The day before surgery, I routinely called the hospital to confirm my admission time. Just to find out I was not booked in at all. Called the office and spoke with reception who couldn't give me answer or explanation. Was told she would call me back when she finds my chart. No call back. I called the office back at 4:15 to follow up and find out if indeed I had surgery tomorrow. Was put on hold for 28 minutes before I eventually hung up, realizing the office was now closed. This experience is a blessing in disguise. If you cannot get a surgery booked correctly, I am beyond scared of what you might do to my body.
