  Customer service is nice. You can grab cheaper drinks before heading to the food court. Regarding PHOTOLAB, customer service is good, so is their turnaround time. But, they messed up my US passport picture once and I had to go again to get a new one taken. For 15 dollars, you expect that their will be no mistake....but that wasn't the case. Plus, they'll charge an extra 2 dollars for the e-copy, which I think is outrageous once these guys are already charging above-market price.

  I want to thank one of the managers at London Drugs in WEM who kindly helped me to find my purse which I had forgotten in the food court before coming to shop in London Drugs. He was so courteous, fast and helpful and definitely made my day. I think his name was probably William. The lady at the customer service was also very nice. Thank you so much!!

  Went there to price match a USB stick from amazon, and was told any price matches need to sent to the computer department for verification. I was also purchasing $30 worth of regular items aside from the USB stick. I walk over to the computer section to find a very grumpy man in glasses. The computer person refused to accept the flyer from my phone (the amazon app), really had a hard time searching the item but needed to search on his computer. He seemed grumpy, and annoyed with me. After 15 mins of him searching, he let me know I would have to pay extra since I purchased amazon prime ($79 subscription for one year to have fast free shipping) the fact that paying for shipping wasn’t at all reasonable (since I was in the store) didn’t bother me as much as the fact his attitude was grumpy and annoyed. I took the rest the items over to the cashier, and mentioned to the cashier the computer mans attitude. She immediately called the manager and insisted I talk to a manager. I spoke to a manager, who simply let me know the amazon wasn’t price match compatible with London drugs price match policy. She went on to explain why London drugs could price match amazon. At this I was irritated and trying not to show it. I let her know,the computer man should have let me know this. As well, my original complaint was not addressed : your computer staff member’s was grumpy, looked genuinely displeased that I asked for a price match, and had attitude. At this point I had enough, my complaint was getting nowhere. This 20 minute lesson, was all so I can understand: don’t ask for price matches at London drugs. It’s not more convenient and the staff hate it most likely. Everybody has bad days, but damn. This is what might happen to you if you ask for a price match at London drugs. All those signs that say, ask about our price match? Ignore them. It’s not worth it
